What to expect
- Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries
- Resolve customer issues or questions
- Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
- Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
- Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
- Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
- Demonstrate knowledge of business energy processes and policies
- Build trust and rapport with the energy customer through clear, respectful interaction
- Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues

Skills necessary
- Requires customer service skills. This can include specific skillsets as defined by the client, and soft skills such as empathy, positive attitude, and attentiveness.
- You must pass a series of assessments and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program you have selected.
- Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.
